DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems are modular designed to offer customised solutions for even specific applications in research and process development. At the same time, all main components have a similar design and are made from standard parts to guarantee reliable product quality and to offer high compatibility with any other DASGIP products and with third party equipment. Due to its parallel design up to 16 vessels can be operated with one setup.
Cell growth monitoring and off-gas analysis
A number of control units allows for comprehensive monitoring and control such as pH, pO2, redox and cell growth monitoring, off-gas analysis as well as agitation, gassing and temperature control. Working volumes from 35ml to 5l enable operators to work with a minimum input of resources meeting their specific needs. Thanks to an in-house developed software the system features several process automation options such as pre-configured profiles e.g. for gassing, feeding and agitation. Almost each controller can be utilised as a trigger for other process values.
Bench top bioreactors under control
DASGIP systems combine the convenience of simple systems such as flasks and shakers with benefits of bioreactors: The systems' small working volumes allow high experimental throughput with minimal input while precision and automated control offer highly optimised scalable processes.

DASGIP was founded in 1991 and is located in Juelich (Germany). In North-America it is represented by its subsidiary DASGIP BioTools in Shrewsbury MA (USA). For more than 15 years, the business has been driven by the visions of the three founders Dr Thomas Drescher, Dr Matthias Arnold and Dr Falk Schneider.
